Social Media in Ukraine
Talk back to the BBC and challenge the programme makers.
Rajan Datar hears how the protests in Kiev have been reported by that country’s media and the way that protestors have been able to send out live feeds of pictures and sounds from their mobiles and tablets. He speaks to the BBC Ukrainian editor, Nina Kuryata, about how the BBC in the Ukrainian capital has been reporting events and to BBC monitoring’s Dmytro Zotsenko about domestic media reports. We also hear from a listener who feels there was too much coverage of the death of Nelson Mandela.
