When Top of the Pops went raving!

Vernon mixes up a bunch of big rave tunes that were performed ‘live’ on Top of the Pops in the 90s. Featuring music from Snap!, Rozalla, Liquid, Artful Dodger, N-Trance & Double 99.

As rave and electronic music broke into the charts at the start of the 1990s, the artists behind the music appeared on the BBC’s iconic Friday night TV show, Top of the Pops.

Vernon plays music from Snap!, Rozalla, Liquid, Artful Dodger, N-Trance and Double 99, plus weaves in archive Top of the Pops appearances from presenters Mark Goodier, Gary Davies, Jack Dee, Björk and more!

A We Are Grape production for BBC Radio 2.
