Adrian Lester CBE is the Rewind Selector tonight, choosing the tracks that take him back to the dance floors of his youth. The acclaimed British stage and screen actor, widely regarded as one of the UK’s leading classical performers, was born in Birmingham in 1968 and trained at RADA. Adrian is probably best known for his role as master conman Mickey Bricks in the BBC series Hustle and his extensive body of theatre work that includes Company, Henry V, Othello and The Lehman Trilogy. His screen credits also include The Day After Tomorrow, Primary Colors, Trigger Point and The Sandman. He is currently starring as CIA handler Dane in the television thriller Ponies, and reprising his critically acclaimed lead role in the Royal Shakespeare Company’s production of Cyrano de Bergerac, which has transferred to the Noël Coward Theatre in London’s West End following a sold-out run in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Another virtual trip to V&A East Museum's 'The Music Is Black' exhibition looks at the steel guitar owned by Morcheeba guitarist Ross Godfrey. To hear the special two-hour show in full search 'The Music Is Black: DJ Spoony's Selection' in the BBC Sounds app.

Melvin wraps things up with a Midnight Feast track. Think big production, lush orchestration, and the best voices in the business!
