Roy uncovers Brecon’s hidden theatrical past with Dr Jayne Gold, whose research has inspired a fascinating new exhibition at Theatr Brycheiniog exploring 3,000 years of storytelling, performance and theatre in the town — from Welsh bards and Georgian actors to Sarah Siddons and today’s thriving arts scene.
Also tonight, food historian Carwyn Graves joins Roy to talk about Wales’ “forgotten foods” — and why more chefs, cooks and communities are rediscovering the traditional dishes and flavours that once defined Welsh kitchens and family tables.
