Adam meets Rick Parfitt Jr, son of the legendary Status Quo guitarist. He's bringing his supergroup RPJ Band to Guilfest in Surrey in July. They band is made up of some of the UK’s finest session musicians currently touring with major artists.

We also meet the team behind 'Les Ballets Trockadero De Monte Carlo', the hilarious, playful and technically brilliant show heading to The Marlowe Theatre in Canterbury.

And our resident film critic Larushka Ivan-Zadeh talks us through this week's releases at the cinema and on streaming.
