Thomas Adès has been appointed Principal Guest Conductor of the Hallé Orchestra from September 2026. Thomas chats to Petroc about his first conducting title.

Madeleine Mitchell, violinist and director of the London Chamber Ensemble Quartet, also joins Petroc on In Tune to talk about their new album of Charles Wood String Quartets, released to mark the 100th anniversary of his death.
