John is joined by famed writer Eoin Colfer of Artemis Fowl fame - and Bazil Meade, the founder and director of the famous London Community Gospel Choir. There’s a journey to Dungannon to meet a family who’ve been growing strawberries since 1954 and former BBC producer Lolly Spence is in live to explain how she creates bespoke tours of Northern Ireland depending on a visitors specific interest. Also in the studio is Charly Girl – a teenage busker turned star of the stage – she’s just been approached by an American network – so TV stardom awaits. And then there’s Armagh native Niamh McKinstry – she’s captain of the local GAA Team where she now lives - on the Cayman Islands! Meanwhile chef Paula McIntyre is making Panzanella.
