The Wooden Spoon

Ed Reardon, author, pipe smoker, consummate fare-dodger and master of the abusive email, attempts to survive in a world where the media seems to be run by idiots lying charlatans or 12-year olds.

Things haven't worked out for Ed and Elgar in their shepherd's hut retreat and so it's back to London.

But where - and how - will they live?

Could a carrier bag filled with wooden spoons be the answer to their problems?
