Antonio Carluccio: Cook the Perfect Rice Balls
Antonio Carluccio will be demonstrating his recipe for arancini, or Italian rice balls – a great way to use up leftover risotto. Known for his TV appearances, books, and highly successful restaurant chain, Antonio will also be talking about his autobiography, A Recipe for Life, in which he reflects on the food, the events and the women who have influenced his life, and writes very frankly about the depression from which he has suffered for over fifty years.
