A new face is set to cause a stir in Albert Square later this year. Natasha
Beaumont has been cast to play SJ (Sarah-Jane) in EastEnders.
SJ is Australian and moved to the UK a few years ago when she got a job in a gentleman's club. She has since been living in the UK for a few months and has to look for somewhere new to live as her landlord is selling up.
SJ first meets some of the residents of Albert Square at Scarlet when she is booked as a stripper. However, it's not long before SJ quickly becomes involved with one of the lucky men in Walford...
Natasha said: "I can't wait to join EastEnders, I've been addicted since I arrived
in the UK and I can't wait to whip the Walford men into a frenzy."
Natasha has appeared in many television shows, films and theatre productions including Little Fish, Water Rats and All Saints.
SJ will join EastEnders in June 2006.
