Agreed all party press statement:
"Baroness Thatcher of Kesteven, Hugh Scully of Fine Art Productions Ltd and BBC Broadcast are pleased to announce the settlement of a claim for copyright infringement in relation to a trail broadcast on UKTV.
"BBC Broadcast accepted from the outset that a mistake was made and have apologised for the errors which led to this dispute. The parties are happy to put this behind them and look forward to a good working relationship in the future."
