Following yesterday's storming performance by the Welsh players at Murrayfield the BBC Wales Scrum 4 promo crew were also celebrating a happy event, Daf and Megan's wedding - along with a very special guest star, Welsh singing sensation Katherine Jenkins.

BBC Wales rugby fans will see the acclaimed soprano turn up as the surprise guest at the wedding of Scrum 4 characters Megan (Nicola Reynolds) and Daf (Rhodri Evan).

The wedding has been the central theme of this year's popular Scrum 4 campaign, which promotes BBC Wales' exclusive live coverage of the competition on both TV and radio.

Katherine Jenkins agreed to be part of the promo as she is a big fan of the Scrum 4 campaign.

"I've had the time of my life," said Katherine. "It was fantastic to be with the Scrum 4 team on such a special occasion and I was honoured to be asked to sing at Daf and Megan's wedding.

"Like most of Wales I've followed the exploits of Daf, Megan, Iestyn and Keith over the past two years with great interest, and it's lovely to see Daf and Megan getting together at last, and all in celebration of such fantastic rugby too!"

And fans of the Scrum 4 team can catch up on all of their antics during this year's Six Nations campaign in a special one-off programme, Scrum 4: Six Nations and a Wedding, to be broadcast on BBC Wales digital service BBC 2W on Friday 25 March at 9.00pm.
