HARDtalk with General Mohammed Anwar Khan, President of Pakistan-administered Kashmir

General Mohammed Anwar Khan, President of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, is interviewed by Lyse Doucet on BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight.

Hopes are fading for dialogue between India and Pakistan.

They were raised briefly in the summer when the Indian Prime Minister visited Kashmir and made overtures of peace to Pakistan's President Musharraf - a move which was instantly reciprocated and led to the reintroduction of diplomatic relations.

Now both sides are again accusing each other of sponsoring terrorism.

The main flashpoint, as always, is disputed Kashmir.

General Khan, President of Pakistan-administered Kashmir, says he's committed to the liberation of Kashmir.

Lyse Doucet asks him if he is turning a blind eye to Pakistani militants crossing the border into India.
