Fame Academy - the first four students


The first four of the 13 students who will enter the Fame Academy were chosen by BBC ONE viewers tonight (Saturday 26 July 2003).


They are Alistair Griffin, Louise Griffiths, Carolynne Good and Gary Phelan.


Live auditions continue on Wednesday 30 July - BBC ONE at 8.00pm - when six hopefuls compete for three Academy places.

All the BBC's digital services are now available on Freeview, the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well as on satellite and cable.
