Ross Noble Goes Global on BBC Radio 4

Ross Noble, one of the UK's hottest comedians, returns to BBC Radio 4 for a brand new four-part series of Ross Noble Goes Global.

His comic travelogues from around the globe start on Thursday 15 May on BBC Radio 4 at 11.00pm.

Ross provides an entertaining mix of cultural observation and stand-up comedy on his travels through Europe, North Africa and Australia.

Highlights of the series include Ross's trip to Brussels, a capital with a reputation for being bureaucratic and slightly dull. He discovers an amusing statue of an incontinent child and, with chocolate shops on every street corner, decides that it might be his kind of town after all.

Further programmes follow Ross's travels in Australia, where he makes friends with some drunks in Adelaide.

In Milan he attempts to learn the lingo and in Egypt Ross performs to a baffled audience in a Bedouin tent.

Ross Noble Goes Global is on BBC Radio 4 on Thursdays at 11.00pm starting on Thursday 15 May.

All the BBC's digital services are now available on Freeview, the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well as on satellite and cable.
