HARDtalk: Ann Clwyd MP on the future for Iraqi POWs

On BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 8 April), Tim Sebastian talks to Ann Clwyd of the British Parliamentary Human Rights Group.

As the war in Iraq reaches a decisive stage, thousands of prisoners are now in coalition hands. What will happen to them?

Ann Clwyd is a Labour MP and Chair of INDICT, a group that has gathered information on Iraqi war crimes.

Tim Sebastian asks her whether the Iraqis - like prisoners from Afghanistan - are about to be dropped into legal limbo?

HARDtalk is on BBC News 24 tonight at 11.30pm.

All the BBC's digital services are now available on Freeview, the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well as on satellite and cable.
