BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Tuesday 26 November), Tim Sebastian
interviews Mehbooba Mufti, Senior member of Kashmir's ruling coalition.
For
all its beauty, Kashmir is the site of one of the world's most intractable
conflicts.
But
now there's a new coalition Government and a new party leading it.
Tim
Sebastian has travelled to Srinagar to talk to the freshly elected
Government there to see if there are new hopes for peace.
Mehbooba
Mufti is the Vice President of the ruling People's Democratic Party.
Tim
Sebastian asks her whether the new setup can last long enough to
make a difference.
