Philip Le Mare has been the site manager at Cropredy Festival almost since it began. He first went to Cropredy as a Morris dancer but was persuaded to help out after complaining about the lighting.

His involvement in the festival has become more than an annual event; getting involved with Cropredy has given him the opportunity to work on events all year round.

The music, the atmosphere and the people are all important to him, but the highlight of Cropredy is when he takes his son along.
