Enniskillen Castle shouldn't have an English flag because it is actually built on the site of the ancestral seat of 'The Maguire' of Fermanagh, the ruling family until the planters arrived. The English simply usurped it and stuck their own flag on it, it should have the flag of the republic on it because it was the seat of the maguires of Fermanagh centuries before the planters came.
