Ever hear of Paul Gorecki?

By Brian Feeney

What are politicians here doing about it? What are they doing to make New TSN work? What data have they asked officials to collect or when have they last asked any official to collect any data? Do they know how community differentials are being measured or even if they're being properly measured? Do they know that the term 'social need' hasn't been properly defined? If they know any of the answers or have done anything about it why haven't they made it public? Why haven't they made the NIO explain who pays for New TSN or how they work out how much should be spent on it? What do parties here believe (nearly wrote 'think' again) the amounts should be? If they don't know why don't they? After all there are 108 of them inside Stormont doing absolutely nothing.

You didn't assume the assembly meets or anything did you? You do realise they're being paid salary and expenses for nothing? Here's the rub. Just suppose the assembly part of the agreement had ever been implemented, these characters would have been running the place. Is there any evidence they'd have been any different from the members of the current British administration? Or would the same officials just be handing different ministers the same oul' rope?
