ar an Chéadaoin an 6ú Meitheamh 2007. Bhuail siad isteach
chuig an Seomra Suí ar na mallaibh le réamhbhlaiseadh den
mhéid a bhí le cluinstin a thabhairt do Lynette Fay.
Is iad baill an ghrúpa ná Kevin Sweeney, Fionnuala Sweeney,
Mark McCausland, Shane McAleer, Joe McGurgan agus Colly Campbell agus
i measc na ndaoine a bhí mar thionchar ar stíl cheoil s'acu
bhí The Old Crow Medicine Show, The Band, Bruce Springsteen agus
Johnny Cash.
The six-piece Dirty Blues Band consisting of Kevin Sweeney, Fionnuala
Sweeney, Mark McCausland, Shane McAleer, Joe McGurgan and Colly Campbell
hail from Omagh in Co. Tyrone. Their musical influences are The Old Crow
Medicine Show, The Band, Bruce Springsteen's "Seeger Sessions"
and Johnny Cash among others. The Dirty Blues Band rolled out bluegrass,
blues (and old rags!) in the Errigle Inn on Belfast's Ormeau Road on Wednesday,
6th June 2007 and they called into the "Seomra Suí" to
give us a taster of what the audience heard on the night.
