Road reopens in town centre after 'serious' crash

A town centre road has reopened after it was closed following a "serious" crash.

Glossop Neighbourhood Safer Policing team said High Street East was shut on Tuesday morning, and it opened again at about 15:00 BST.

Derbyshire Police said the road was closed between the junction with Victoria Street and Mill Street, and people were advised to avoid the area.
