A car overturned onto a pavement after a crash, just metres away from a row of residential homes.

Emergency services were called to The Avenue in Lowestoft, Suffolk, just before 14:35 BST on Monday following reports of a two-vehicle collision.

Upon arrival, paramedics and police officers found one of the cars involved – a light blue Hyundai - had crashed and landed on its side.

Paramedics said that nobody involved suffered any life-threatening or life-changing injuries, the cars were recovered, and the road was fully reopened by 15:20.
