I've done this place before 'cos my girlfriend lives in Edinburgh and it's alright.

The crowd is quite young though and it's not a night for the purists it's your average happy house etc. but of course when someone like Allister Whitehead's on then it's a bit different.

Allister played a stormin' set and the place was jumping most of the night.The crowd responded really well and it was worth the guy who kept knocking my drink out of my hand!

I didn't make the warm-up at Bar 38 but next time I will.

It was really late by the time we found this place and I'm not sure if it was our fault or the directions we were given!

Anyway this is an excellent night and well worth the trip out to Frodsham - where? - Jay our 'designated driver' (see loser in the short straws) was swearing by the time we finally arrived but even he admitted it was worth it.

Can't remember much about the club itself which is always a very good sign but the music was excellent and if you like something a bit different this is for you.
