TExt. Joanne's story

We knew this was the one. It was beautiful - a static caravan to some but, as far I was concerned, our first family home.

We were sited on my in-laws small holding, so even though we'd our independence, there would always be the odd coffee morning chats, shared tea times and, best of all, the grandparents support needed for a new arrival.

The day came and our daughter was born. We couldn't wait to get her home and this static caravan was our home. It was lived in….grown in, full of love and laughter.

I remember waking for night feeds, swaying in the wind, listening to the rhythm of the rain and sing-a-lings in the summer - with all the doors and windows wide. This year had been so special and beautiful time for us and now our daughter was turning one, all the family turned out to see her, she had a fantastic time but I was slightly distant, I'd the same feeling I'd a year ago…..could it be?

The day came to an end and I put Kelsey to bed. I told Tim I'd took a test… here I was waiting for destiny to deliver our fate once more. And there it was… POSITIVE... we're having another baby!

Things moved fast - we bought a small semi in Gainsborough and settled. Then our son was born. Fate had brought us here and I can say there's been no regrets and so much to look forward to.

My story is just beginning.
