J'ai besoin de votre nom et de votre adresse.
 I need your name and address (literally 'I have the need for...').
Vous avez un vol à 8 heures ou à 10 heures.
 You have a flight at 8am or at 10 am.
Nous n'avons pas de parking.
 We don't have a car park.

The verb avoir, 'to have' does not follow a regular pattern (conjugation). It is listed below in full in the present tense.

avoir to have
j'ai I have
tu as you have
il/elle a he/she has
nous avons we have
vous avez you have
ils/elles ont they have

Note that there are two forms of 'you' in French: see tu and vous.
