swimming: Safe at all states of the tide
sunshine: Catches the sun for most of the day., except for late afternoon
shelter: Surrounded on three sides by cliffs, the beach is well sheltered from all but southerly winds
sand: Soft, golden sand
beach sports: None

Truly lovely beach - just returned from holiday in Jersey (July 2009) and visited many spots on the island - this was a hidden treasure. I had been to Jersey once before in 1980 with my parents, but never got to this beautiful spot. Since then I have spent 16 years in Australia with my Aussie husband and never thought that I would find a beach that would match Zenith Beach in Port Stephens (NSW) - but this one did - it's a little smaller in size, but the same magic! My husband and daughter agree.

It's really horrible. Stay Away!

i have a painting in work, thinking the scene both beautiful and romantic at the same time always wondering where it could be and decided it must be in the carribean untill one day on a 2week holiday in jersey i walked to the top of cliff and looked down and there was my painting in real life. my favourite place.

Sarah
I have fond memories of this beach. It used to be my Grandpa's favourite beach and he used to come here for a 'bathe' right up unitl his 90th year-shows it must have something special!

Rob Bewick
I spent much of my holiday on this beach and it has to have been the best beach if you want peace and quiet and if you are not really interested in commercialised beaches. Simply beautiful.

Paul Horn
I have many a happy memory of this beautiful beach. Summer days spent here, sunbathing, digging, and boating with my sister and her family. This really is a wonderful place.
