ARCHIRONDEL
Archirondel
Archirondel

Located on the north-east of the island, Archirondel is popular, but rarely crowded.

ARCHIRONDEL
parking: There is a reasonably sized car park on the edge of the beach. If this fills up, then there is roadside parking further up from the beach.
refreshments: There is an excellent cafe right on the edge of the beach.
toilets: Yes
swimming: Safe at most states of the tide. At low tide, the water stays shallow for quite a distance, but at high tide it gets deep quite quickly.
sunshine: Like Anne Port, the beach gets the morning and midday sun, but loses it late afternoon.
shelter: Very sheltered from westerly winds, but not so good when the wind swings round to the east.
sand: Wet sand lower down the beach, but shingle nearer the sea wall.
beach sports: None

This is our favourite place to have breakfast in Jersey. Fabulous cafe with fabulous views! Extremely relaxed little beach. Great for collecting shells and pottering about. Always a very friendly place to be!

I spent a day there .Had a breakfast with the girlfried and gazed at the view .Was luckey enough to see some Dolphins .We also had lunch and the cafe does a spot on crab salad . Afterwards relaxed on the beach it was a magical day . will go again.
