Hello
all,
We've
started the race in true Jersey fashion! This afternoon's schedule
shows us taking more miles off the other boats. All the others are
in an approximate NW-SE line behind us, with Bristol slightly in
front of this line, but still behind us!
It's a glorious sunny, crisp day. We have around +25knots, often
30 knots of wind - currently W at the moment. So, heavyweight spinnaker
is up and we are surfing down these hugh waves - woooohooooo!
We
are making very good progress to get to Jersey. Keep your fingers
crossed that the winds remain favourable.
I'm
much better now, so you'll be getting regular updates again.
