Chris has always loved the sea, and all things nautical. He started
dinghy sailing from an early age, and later converted to sailing
bigger yachts (though not as big as the one he will cross oceans
in during the Clipper race!!)
The inspiration
to do 2 legs of this race came from following the progress of a
good friend who did the Challenge race a few years ago. This one
will be a big challenge, and both mentally and physically very demanding.
But it will also be great fun to work and live with this fine group
of people, and try and win the race for Jersey!
