| 'Paws
for thought' by Helen Harnett |
"My
name is Helen Harnett, I was born near Birmingham in 1962 and now
live and work in a village on the outskirts of Worcester.
I used
to be a buyer for car giant Rover until I left in 1991 to embark
on an art foundation year at Worcester Collage of Art and Design.
In
1993 I set up on my own to paint animal portraits full time.

colt' by Helen Harnett |
Today
I work from a studio, which is a 300 year old, converted timber
framed barn with amazing views towards the Abberley Hills, a place
of complete peace and tranquillity in this busy world.
A selection
of Helen’s work is always on show at Bevere Vivis Gallery and Picture
Framers, Worcester.
