I used to live at Aspen Court, opposite the site now being developed for the new hospital. I feel it's in an ideal location, unlike so many 'out of town' developments, reached only by car or after a long bus ride for non-drivers. However, I sincerely hope that full advantage will be taken of the hospital's proximity to Malvern Link rail station; please don't overlook the opportunity to turn the adjacent patch of wasteland into an overspill car park, also offering level access to Worcester-bound trains from Osborne Road.

This is the last thing Malvern need's is another hospital! The traffic in Malvern link is HORRID at the best of times! What are they going to do add MORE traffic lights? We already over run with old people homes and from that losing a petrol station beautiful Victorian buildings and house. Malvern council has a habit of letter beautiful building go to waste shall I remind you of the Rose Gardens at the top of Malvern and the house that was left to Malvern as well but see how that has gone now like the house that was left to ROT so this new hospital could be built!. Let’s think about the future and make the school better and make Malvern a little younger and more bearable!

There is no mention of public transport (or the current lack) or of any provision for the elderly, families with young children, the disabled etc to cross this busy fast road. Given that pedestrian crossings for the new Health Centre in Pickersleigh Road are considered an unnecessary waste of ratepayers money, what hope for Worcester Road. Being "green" was last years fashion ...
