Elgar in Hereford
In 1904, because of building work in Malvern, Elgar decided to move to Plas Gwyn, a quiet house on the outskirts of Hereford. During his time here he wrote some of his most significant pieces which include Pomp and Circumstance Marches 3 & 4.
