Matt Tebbutt delivers a tasting menu from favourite Saturday Kitchen chefs.

Shivi Ramoutar prepares her green seasoning chicken with coconut rice, peas and a splash of hot pepper sauce. Yotam Ottolenghi dishes up fillets of halibut in a spicy tomato sauce with a tahini dressing and a side of mint and feta-baked rice.

Philip Khoury whips up his two-ingredient chocolate mousse served with an abundance of toppings, including chocolate curls, candied pistachios and pistachio praline. Gemma Ogston creates a rainbow curry and spiced apple chutney, and Helen McGinn celebrates an iconic cocktail, the negroni, with a few twists on the classic recipe. Finally, either Harry Judd or his mum Emma face their food heaven.
