Series 3: 6. Episode 6

Chef/restaurateur John Torode and vegetable guru Gregg Wallace look for the country's next star chef. The six contestants must invent a dish from scratch in 40 minutes, using only the ingredients they have been given.

Three go forward to cook for the public at the Zetter Restaurant and Rooms, then create a two-course meal for the judges. Only one winner will get through to the quarter-final stages.
