Castle in the Country: Episode 18

John Craven and Nicki Chapman travel to the magnificent Mount Stuart on the Isle of Bute. Nicki gets a guided tour of the house by Johnny Bute himself. John takes a walk to Inverary Castle, home of the Campbell clan, while chef James Martin creates a delicious dish with some fresh Scottish scallops.
