About This Event

Chief Conductor John Storgårds takes to the podium in a programme of English music, starting with Bridge's colourful Enter Spring before BBC Philharmonic Orchestra leader Zoë Beyers performs as soloist in Vaughan Williams's ever popular Lark Ascending. Meanwhile John McCabe's Labyrinth, originally commissioned by BBC Radio 3 for the City of Liverpool's 800th anniversary, rounds off the programme.
