The Year In Drama: March 2002
 Set in the offices of glossy lifestyle magazine Eden, new drama Rescue Me followed the fortunes of journalist Katie Nash (Sally Phillips) and her turbulent love life.
Meanwhile, over on BBC TWO, 24 followed Jack Bauer's (Kiefer Sutherland) race against the clock to save a US Presidential candidate. It quickly built up a cult audience and became the main topic of conversation on the BBC's drama message board and in workplaces up and down the country.
This month also saw the start of new mountain rescue drama Rockface; the final series of dot-com drama Attachments; the return of David Suchet and Keith Barron in NCS Manhunt; and at Easter, Ioan Gruffudd starred in an adaptation of Tony Parson's best-selling novel Man and Boy. Meanwhile EastEnders' Michael Greco, minus his beard, appeared in a new episode of Murder In Mind.
