Micky Sheehan I find it astonishing where some of the students have complained about Derby being to "small"? Why didn't the do better in their a levels than and apply to a "bigger" city university?
Mo I suppose once they've finished their degrees or courses, they'll move on to a more inspiring city that doesn't hold back creative people.
There are many people I know that live in Notts who spent their years studying in Derby. As long as the bland Derby mentality still exists, the more creative people (many of them uni graduates) just won't settle here.
