Ysgoloriaeth Cronfa Peggy a Maldwyn Hughes. Mae cystadlaethau 65-69 sy'n arwain at y Rhuban Glas ac Ysgoloriaeth gwerth £3,000 o Gronfa Peggy a Maldwyn Hughes yn agored i'r sawl a anwyd yng Nghymru neu sydd o dras Gymreig, neu i'r rhai a fu'n byw neu'n gweithio yng Nghymru am y tair blynedd cyn dyddiad yr Eisteddfod, neu i'r sawl sy'n medru siarad neu ysgrifennu Cymraeg. (Sefydlwyd yr ysgoloriaeth hon i hyrwyddo cerddoriaeth offerynnol yng Nghymru. Mae'r ysgoloriaeth i'w dal am flwyddyn yn unig, ac i'w defnyddio i hyrwyddo gyrfa yr enillydd fel offerynnwr. Ni all neb dderbyn yr Ysgoloriaeth fwy nag unwaith).PEGGY AND MALDWYN HUGHES SCHOLARSHIP FUNDCompetitions 65-69 which lead to the Blue Riband and a Scholarship worth £3,000 from the Peggy and Maldwyn Hughes Fund are for those born in Wales or of Welsh parents, or any person who has resided or worked in Wales for the three years prior to the date of the Eisteddfod, or any person able to speak or write the Welsh language. (This scholarship has been established to promote instrumental music in Wales. The scholarship is to be held for one year only, and used to promote the career of the winner as an instrumentalist. Mae pob cystadleuydd yn gyfrifol am ei gyfeilydd ei hun. Ni ddarperir cyfeilydd swyddogol, oni bo gwir angen a dylid cysylltu â'r Trefnydd erbyn 1 Mehefin 2007 i dderbyn gwybodaeth bellach. Bydd tri chystadleuydd o blith cystadlaethau 65-69 yn ymgiprys am Y Rhuban Glas. Cynhelir y cystadlaethau hynny yn yr un ganolfan, y naill ar ôl y llall, o flaen panel o dri beirniad.Individuals over 19 years of ageCompetitors in the following competitions are asked to choose a programme of one composition or more. The full programme should not be more than 15 minutes in length. All competitors are responsible for their own accompanist. An official accompanist will not be provided except in exceptional circumstances. Further information is available from the Organiser if requested before 1 June 2007. Three competitors from competitions 65-69 will compete for the Blue Riband. These competitions will be held at the same venue, one after the other, in front of a panel of three adjudicators.
