About Dragon de Jade

Put your French skills to use as an undercover agent dispatched to Paris on the trail of the Jade Dragon. Le Mystère de Dragon de Jade is an interactive adventure game aimed at Key Stage 3.

You are Agent X and your mission is to solve a mystery in the Banque de Paris. Each room in the bank has a number of hidden clues, codes to crack, and mini-games to complete.

Click on and collect objects as you move from room to room. Objects that you pick up are stored in the Stockage (storage) bar at the bottom of the screen.

Games
Use your knowledge of French to complete a series of mini games in order to progress.

The games help you practice:

• how to say the date in French
• the gender of words
• French infinitives
• how to give simple directions (left, right and straight on)
• using information you have found to answer questions.

Codes
You don't need to start from the beginning every time you play. You'll be given a code when you first enter a room. Use this to go straight to that room in future.

Help
If you're stuck, click on the 'Help' button to get a hint about what to do next. Or, you can scratch your head until you've discovered the answer for yourself!
