More comics head for Carey's

Did you hear the one about the four comics performing in Coventry? It’s called Stand Up Wednesday, and it’s back at Carey’s on 7 February.

Carey’s continue their bi-monthly pledge to bring you the cream of stand-up talent – on the bill on Wednesday, 7 February, is Simon Bligh, Rob Collins, Steve Day and Ali Cook.

Scouser Bligh loves Kung Fu and has the ability to roundhouse kick audiences into a chucklesome frenzy. A finalist of So You Think You're Funny three years ago, Collins has become a regular on the UK and Irish circuit.

Day may be hard of hearing, but his warm manner is likely to hearten the audience while Cook will have them spellbound with his magic and mirth.

For more information on the forthcoming Stand Up Wednesday on 7 February, including times and admission prices, visit the Carey’s website.
