There are 5.5 million small organisations in the UK with between 0 and 49 employees. And while we’re all familiar with the high-profile cyber attacks on M&S and Jaguar Land Rover, small businesses are just as likely to experience online crime as larger ones.

By working through the recommendations in this guidance - many of which can be completed in as little as 5 minutes - you’re much less likely to suffer a cyber attack. You don’t need to be a technical expert, and it could save you time, money, and even your organisation’s reputation.

Finally, don’t leave the responsibility for cyber security with a single person. Every member of the team should realise that cyber security is everyone’s business.
