The programme included secretly-filmed footage of a consultation between the reporter and an employee of Harley Psychiatrists, a private clinic offering diagnostic services for ADHD.  The Director of the clinic complained that it and two associated online pieces had treated the employee, and hence the clinic, in a biased and misleading manner.  The ECU considered the complaint in the light of the BBC’s editorial standards of impartiality and accuracy.
