How to make a tortilla pizza
Don't forget to wash your hands before you start cooking.
1. Add some oil to an oven tray so your pizza doesn’t stick.
2. Take a tortilla and pop it on the tray. You can add a little more oil so it doesn't burn.
3. Spread tomato puree over the tortilla to make a tomato base.
4. Add your favourite pizza toppings. We used sweetcorn and peppers, but you can use whatever you like! If you like cheese, why not add some mozzarella on top?
5. When it’s ready for the oven, ask a grown-up for help. Put it in the oven for around four minutes, or until the cheese has all melted.
Enjoy!
