Thai green turkey balls

Why not take that leftover turkey and cook these delicious Thai green turkey balls! Recipe devised by Neil Strawson and Richard Hunt. Serves 4.

You will need
  • 2 Free-range eggs
  • 75g/3oz Cooked turkey mince
  • 90g/3 1/4oz Breadcrumbs (divided)
  • 1tsp Plain flour
  • 2tbsp Thai green curry paste
