How to play Dog Squad: Mission Alert!
Dog Squad: Mission Alert! is a fun game that lets you tackle some of the challenges faced by assistance dogs and their owners every day.
You can play on either a mobile device or a desktop. Mobile device users need to tap or drag the screen, while those on a desktop simply have to click or move their mouse.
Which assistance dogs can I play?
You can choose to play as any of the five assistance dogs from Dog Squad series 1 – each of these has a special superhero power:
Diesel – a hearing dog (Super Hearing)
Kika – a guide dog (Super Sight)
Sylvie – a therapy dog (Super Heart)
Meagaidh – a search-and-rescue dog (Super Nose)
Tinks – a disability assistance dog (Super Fetch)
What are the challenges?
The super doggy heroes put their incredible skills to good use in some of the real-life challenges seen in series 1:
Diesel must help Rayane get ready for a football trial
Kika needs to guide Dr Amit towards his train
Sylvie has to boost Ben's confidence during a doctor's trip
Meagaidh must rescue Joe and Kate from the top of a hill
Tinks needs to support Charli at an allotment
Each challenge is broken down into four smaller tasks, or missions. This means Dog Squad: Mission Alert! has 20 missions in total, including listening out for a dad calling his son up the stairs, crossing a road safely, putting a bandage onto a teddy bear, finding the safest route up a hill, and tracking down a watering can.
