One hiding here and one hiding there,

Rustle rustle,

What do I hear?

Its Mr hedgehog of course,

Following me here and there,

I turned around and couldn't resist looking at its adorable eyes.

Prickles reaching up like a crown,

Cute and beloved by all,

Bundled up in leaves in the fall,

But be careful when driving,

To keep the lovely species thriving.

For he cannot, like us, think.

A worm or two is all he seeks,

He’ll forage alone, he’ll forage for weeks.
