The Great Wizard is coming! Guess who is going to be the hostess with the mostess? No one can plan this better than me.

Miss Cackle said I can be hostess and put together a team to help organise. I’ve got this. Important members of the Magic Council might join. Even more people for me to impress!

What shall I wear? Where would the Great Wizard like to sit?? Do you curtsy when meeting Magic Council members??? Too many decisions!

The visit has now been moved forward to tomorrow! There’s no way I’ll be ready to host! Ms Tapioca said she can’t make anything on my menu because it’s too fancy!

I can’t do this all on my own. I’m going to need the Cackle Squad to help!

Enid, Ethel, Maud and Mildred really saved me! The Great Wizard praised the whole year. I promise to chill out more…or at least learn to share the spotlight.

Yes! me and my friend went litter picking the other day and we got so much rubbish that I wouldn't have been able to get on my own also it was really cold and it was good to have some company. Felicity: Well met Mi_mum -I like the TWW-. You mean you pick litter up by hand? Phew! Well done, that must be hard work! At Cackle\u2019s we just enchant the rubbish into the nearest bin. I know what you mean. My friends keep me company on cold mornings for flying practice - otherwise I\u2019m sure I would turn into an icicle!

I can\u2019t count how many times I\u2019ve needed my friends to bail me out of a tricky situation! Just the other day, Miss Tapioca heard me complaining about breakfast - she looked pretty upset. Mildred is a quick thinker though, and said it was because I wanted a bigger portion and I couldn\u2019t get enough of her cooking. She was so flattered she even offered to cook for the Great Wizard\u2019s visit!

When I was worried about the Great Wizard\u2019s visit, Mildred noticed I wasn\u2019t myself and asked how she could help. In no time, Enid and Maud wanted to pitch in too. Even Ethel\u2026 once she realised how impressed the Council would be.

It\u2019s so important to hear other people out and respect their ideas\u2026 even if they come up with something odd! Maud was sure the Great Wizard would love her mum\u2019s brownie recipe. I wanted to serve him something more spectacular, but\u2026 he loved them!

Or even when I don't know what to do, I always ask my friends and they will be happy to tell me. I'm very grateful to have amazing friends! I\u2019m not very good at asking for help\u2026 but I\u2019m so glad that I did! The Great Wizard\u2019s visit was even better than I could have imagined and we really impressed him with our team work! When I\u2019m stuck, I\u2019ll always ask for help now. I\u2019d better head down to the front doors soon, she wants me to go and collect potions ingredients with her.
