Slippery Spiralized Noodles
These nom-able noodles are a dish that's totally on trend right now... plus it's super-healthy and tasty too!

You will need
- 300g spiralized butternut squash
- 300g spiralized courgette
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 3cm ginger, peeled and chopped
- 6 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 50ml rice wine vinegar
- 75ml soy sauce
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 50g sesame seeds
- 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
STEPS
Place the garlic, ginger, peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and sugar into a frying pan and mix. Use a gentle heat.
Add the spiralized noodles to the sauce and stir well to make sure all the vegetables are coated in sauce.
TO SERVE
To serve, spoon the spiralized noodles onto a big plate and top with the spring onions, sesame seeds and coriander.
Remember – grown ups like you to tell them if you’re cooking with hot or sharp things!
